The visualisation of so called Point Of Interests (POI) is a well-known problem in the field of interactive maps. However, the solutions provided, lack some information about the point's reachability. In many cases the reachability is calculated on basis of the public transport system OR a car.

Another possible solution to the calculation of the reachability of a point could be computed with algorithms from the field of reachability analysis. This would improve the reachbility information, since multiple transportation systems could be combined. That's exactly the goal of this BSc thesis. Isochrones are used to calcualted a "reachability region" of a POI. Furthermore, not all POIs are allowed as query point, only points where an event is planned. Therefore a crawling mechanism has to be implemented to get such porints. These points are then combined with algorithms from isochrone algorithms to visualize the correct reachability of an event.
